• We can give you an approximate price on the phone but will visit your property to give you a more accurate quotation depending on the level of work required



• We use a very comprehensive checklist and leave you a copy for your files or to show your landlord or agent



• If you wish we can also provide a report regarding any issues that we come across that may require attention. E.g. sealant around the bath, state of carpets, walls, cupboards etc. in most cases we can then arrange for these items to be rectified.
